Refund Policy

 

Policy Overview

At SyriaGo, we believe that exceptional service requires careful planning and coordination. To maintain our high standards of logistics and experience delivery, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.


Cancellation Windows

More than 48 hours before departure:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to departure are eligible for a full refund (100% of the total amount paid).

Within 48 hours of departure:

Due to pre-arranged logistics and partner commitments, cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Date Changes:

Requests to reschedule by the client are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the specified meeting point and time, without prior notice or cancellation within the permitted window, will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund.


Unexpected Changes

SyriaGo acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances beyond its control may arise. In cases of extreme weather conditions or official travel restrictions, SyriaGo reserves the right to reschedule the trip to an alternative date.

If the client agrees to the proposed rescheduled date, the booking will be transferred accordingly. If the client does not agree, they shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

SyriaGo may also, at its discretion, offer a credit voucher for future use as an alternative option.
